Challenge: Rogers wanted to Revamp its website to make it more User and SEO Friendly.
Solution: Coupling my education in behavioural science with my work background in digital advertising, at Rogers, I was a Strategist/Writer on the User Experience Design team. In this role, I analyzed the behaviour of website visitors on the Small Business and Enterprise sections of the Rogers website. Working closely with designers, I made recommendations on optimal placement of content.
Keywords were used in copywriting to maximize user interaction. I analyzed performance for keywords and images and made adjustments to copy as necessary for targeting the intended audience. For example, the same product advertised to a Small Business and Enterprise client would be worded differently to reflect the sophistication, expertise, and needs of the intended audience. The layout and imagery would be altered to accommodate a specific audience as well.
