At TD, I worked on a number of artificial intelligence projects that included machine learning. I composed scripts for chatbots with content drawn from existing website pages, written materials and user-generated responses. Users have the option to engage with the chatbots using a Frequently Asked Questions format with questions and answers.
In addition to these projects, I created content for the U.S. Commercial Banking website and PDF content that went into detail about technical tools used on the site such as security tokens. I also created videos discussing U.S. Commercial Banking.
All content created is accessible (AODA) so that differently-abled individuals including the visually impaired can navigate and successfully complete tasks on TD’s U.S. Commercial Banking site.
